All our items are posted out as soon as possible (usually the next working day).  All items are sent in protective packaging to ensure your item arrives safely.  Items are sent via 2nd Class postage and may take several days to reach you.  Please contact us if there is a problem before leaving feedback due to slow post.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal.  We do accept postal orders and cheques.

Collection is possible if arranged in advance - please email us.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund (we do not re-imburse for return postage - if the item is not faulty you may be subject to a re-stocking charge).  Please contact me to help rectify any problems that you may have with this item before leaving feedback so I may resolve your issue.
